Tun Dr. M placed Najib under 'house arrest'.

Tun Mahathir announced the appointment of ministers in 3 ministries considered critical after the winning the GE14 elections.  The three ministries are: Finance, Home Affairs and Defence.

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) presented in Parliament the report on 1MDB. The report cleared many false allegation made by varying parties especially Dr. Mahathir's malicious claims of  Najib's involvement which was used as an excuse to topple Najib from office.

Dr. Mahathir's role as Petronas advisor terminated by the Cabinet due to his campaign with the opposition parties to topple the government not in accordance with Malaysian law and Federal Constitution and since his actions is anti-government he is not deemed fit to hold any governmental post.

OMAN group met to sign a declaration to justify their struggle to oust the Prime Minister from office.
